The Executive Board will plan to meet the third Tuesday of every month. We encourage you to give us feedback and suggestions on what you would like to see us accomplish. We will have general meetings every quarter before our executive session. All meetings will be held at Youth Middle School.

If you plan on attending our general meetings, please fill out the RSVP to ensure we secure an appropriate meeting place with proper space for everyone
