2025 - 2026 Youth Middle School Basketball Tryout Information

Tryouts for the upcoming basketball season will be held on:

Tuesday, October 7th, 2025
Wednesday, October 8th, 2025

All required documents must be uploaded to PRIVIT by Monday, October 6th in order to try out.

Required documents include:

• Updated Doctor’s Physical
   

• Insurance Form
   

• 3 GHSA Forms
   

• Transportation Acknowledgement
   

• Pre-Participation History
   

If your forms are not completed and submitted by October 6th, you will not be allowed to participate in tryouts.
